MacBook Air (Mid 2009) data recovery

The MacBook Air (Mid 2009) stores your data on a 1.8-inch hard drive on a ZIF/LIF ribbon connector. These tiny drives are fragile. We remove the drive, read it through a ZIF/LIF adapter and open it in the clean room if the heads have failed.

Drive can come out: direct recovery
